The swap that surprised my taste buds

Comfort food rebellion — because fries don’t have to come with regret.

You ever get that late-night craving for fries?

I did last week — the kind where your brain says “just order them,” but your gut whispers “you’ll regret it.”

Relatable? Honestly, I think this happens at least three times a week. 😂
So instead of giving in, I opened my pantry, spotted a couple of sweet potatoes, and thought… okay, let’s rebel a little.

This week’s win: Real-Food Sweet Potato Fries 🍠

Crispy edges, soft centers, and not a drop of canola oil in sight.
Just slice sweet potatoes, toss with avocado oil, sea salt, and a dash of smoked paprika.
Roast at 425°F until golden.

They come out soooooooooo good you’ll forget they’re technically healthy.
Real ingredients, real flavor — that’s the whole point.

Flora Flash:

  • 💡 Myth: Fries = guilt food.
Truth: Only if you let the oil ruin the party. 🍟

  • 💡 Myth: Comfort food can’t be clean.
Truth: It just needs a better ingredient list. 😉

  • 💡 Myth: Healthy means boring.
Truth: Not when there’s smoked paprika involved. 🔥

  • 💡 Myth: Fries are off-limits.
Truth: Only if your oil came from a lab, not a tree. 🌿
